ICICI Lombard General Insurance, Mumbai | January 2023 – Present
As the Chief Manager of Tech Delivery at ICICI Lombard General Insurance, I spearheaded the transformation of our daily reporting process, ensuring the seamless delivery of approximately 200 reports to various channels. This significant improvement enhanced operational efficiency and data accuracy. My leadership in migrating all reports to the Informatica Cloud from the legacy Informatica system was pivotal in modernizing our reporting infrastructure, resulting in improved performance, scalability, and reliability of our data processes.
Enterprise Data Manager
SBI General Insurance, Thane | February 2022 – December 2022
Reduced the DWH refresh time, also created recon for different claims systems. Administered end-to-end operations from business requirements gathering to PowerBI dashboard preparation. Managed existing data warehouse as well as led the new system data warehouse design including business interaction, requirements gathering, and coordination with the team for effective system development and implementation.

Reliance General Insurance, Mumbai | November 2020 – February 2022
As the Corporate Manager for Data Warehousing at Reliance General Insurance, I played a critical role in enhancing our regulatory reporting functions. I successfully streamlined these processes, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, I developed and implemented an innovative in-house application, akin to a regulatory reporting tool, which significantly improved our data management capabilities, reduced manual effort, and ensured higher accuracy and reliability in reporting.

Tata AIG General Insurance, Mumbai | August 2010 – October 2020
Directed & administered multiple projects including Data Lake Implementation, Qlik Implementation, Cognos Migration, Sybase IQ DWH, New System ETL, and Data Mart Design. Prepared P&L reports for generating necessary financial information to determine profitability and help the Finance team to close P&L on the 3rd of the month which were earlier closed by the 10th of every month. Created reporting dashboards for top management for taking strategic decisions. Communicated with key business users for gathering business requirements, developed logic in SQL, and created store procedures for future use for regulators and internal auditors. Developed Reinsurance reports which are sent to Reinsurers by the company.
